Our diverse team includes a separate construction administration department that has a depth of experience in the complex work of getting buildings built. We’ll be with you every step of the way.
Bid Administration
We work with all of our clients to manage the bidding process – helping to assemble bid packages, holding pre-bid walk-throughs, answering the contractor’s questions, and analyzing the bids once they come in. We also help our clients understand their options while selecting a contractor and ensuring that we have the best partners to construct your project.
Construction Administration
Our team members are active participants in the construction process. Our construction administration team members attend regular job site meetings, review and manage submittals, ensure quality, handle Requests for Information (RFIs), and keep track of the work’s progress. By staying active during a project’s construction, we are able to ensure its quality and keep it on track.
